One of the state’s youth golf tours has made the decision to alter its schedule in wake of COVID-19 concerns. According to a statement tweeted out Tuesday morning, the Kentucky PGA Junior tour will cancel its first two events of the spring golf season.
The tour had been scheduled to play at Griffin Gate on April 5. That stop was set to be followed by a stop at Audubon Country Club on April 12.
The statement noted that it was a “tough” decision to cancel both of the events.
