Add another team to the lineup for the 2020 West Kentucky Hoops Classic in Princeton.
The Pontotoc Warriors, a Class 4A team from Mississippi, will be in Caldwell County Dec. 28-29.
Pontotoc played in the state tournament last season, going 23-9, including a 10-0 mark in its district.
Other boys’ teams announced so far include the Barlett (Tenn.) Panthers from near Memphis, the Independence Patriots from Charlotte, N.C., the Huffman Vikings from Birmingham, Ala., the Ridge View Blazers from Columbia, S.C., and the host Caldwell County Tigers in this year’s event.
That’s six of the 10 boys’ teams which will compete in this year’s event which also features four girls’ teams — host Caldwell County, Lyon County, Madisonville-North Hopkins and Mayfield.
Fourteen games will be played over two days at Caldwell County High School.
