With the spring sports season in the books prematurely, YourSportsEdge.com has reached out to coaches, and they have provided us with information and comments on their seniors. We will be recognizing the Class of 2020 for the remainder of what would have been the spring sports season.
Audrey Crayne is a member of the Lyon County girls’ tennis team.
“She is a great multidimensional player. Her strong and graceful skills on the court were an inspiration to watch. Audrey’s leadership skills were quite impressive and were a valuable asset to our team that will be missed dearly,” said Lyon County tennis coach Anne Krus. “She contributed by using her strong skills to teach skills on a daily basis to her young team mates and rally the team. I was confident in her competency knowing she would deliver on the court because of her technique, competitiveness, and commitment to the sport of tennis.”
“I would have really enjoyed watching my two seniors and what they would have accomplished in their final year on the court. Audrey and Jachia Burks are such positive role models on and off the court for this young tennis team. It has been an honor getting to know these two extraordinary women,” Krus said.
