With the spring sports season in the books prematurely, YourSportsEdge.com has reached out to coaches, and they have provided us with information and comments on their seniors. We will be recognizing the Class of 2020 for the remainder of what would have been the spring sports season.
Cade Bleidt is a member of the Trigg County fishing team.
Cade is a four-year member of the Trigg County fishing team and will graduate with a 4.0 GPA. He plans on attending Murray State University where he will major in engineering.
“Cade’s biggest achievements are that he was able to compete on the bass fishing team while also being an honor student, an All-State football player, state champion powerlifter, and state president of DECA,” said Trigg County Coach Scott Schrock. “Cade was involved in many different activities during his high school career and was able to be successful while balancing the responsibilities of each.”
“Cade’s favorite memories of being on the fishing team are exploring a new lake during Christmas break in Illinois with Coach Schrock and Anthony Ethridge when it was 26 degrees outside and making new lifelong friendship throughout the four years on the team. Cade was set to fish the region tournament this year with Dallas Ahart,” Schrock said.
