With the spring sports season in the books prematurely, YourSportsEdge.com has reached out to coaches, and they have provided us with information and comments on their seniors. We will be recognizing the Class of 2020 for the remainder of what would have been the spring sports season.
JeVon Leavell is a member of the Hopkinsville High track and field team.
Leavell was expected to team with fellow senior Xavier Bussell to give Hoptown a powerhouse spring tandem for the spring. Leavell was an All-Area runner looking to get back to the state meet and score points for the Tigers in addition to a solid chance of reaching the podium.
Leavell has signed to run track and field at Lindsey Wilson College.
