The search for a new boys basketball coach at Christian County is now officially underway. Christian County High School announced Tuesday that the position of head boys basketball coach had been posted on the school’s website.
Applications will be accepted for the position until July 6th. Officials note that they hope to complete the hiring process by July 17th.
A search committee has been formed to review the applications and to conduct the interview process.
The head basketball coach position at Christian County High School became vacant when former coach Kerry Stovall was selected to the the District Athletic Director for the Christian County Schools.
Caleb Nelson was named interim coach for the program until a new head coach can be hired.
