Landon Hunt carded a birdie, two bogeys, and six pars Wednesday to win the Bluegrass Golf Tour stop at the Hopkinsville Golf and Country Club. The Christian County seventh-grader won the 11-12-year-old division by six shots over his cousin Hayden Hunt. Hopkinsville’s Brady Hightower shot a 47 to finish third.
The win was Hunt’s third in five single events on the Bluegrass Tour this summer. He also won a combo event at Calvert City.
