If the girls’ soccer season happens as planned in 2020, one area soccer coach will have an opportunity to climb even higher on the all time wins list in the state. Hopkinsville coach Jeff Addision heads into the season #10 on the all time wins list with 230.
With two wins in the 2020 season, Addison would move into #9, just ahead of former Russell coach Joe Grizzle, who has 231 wins.
With 12 wins in 2020, which is the total number of wins the Lady Tigers picked up in 2019, Addison would move into the #8 spot, just ahead of former Marshall County head coach Stacey Bradley, who picked up 241 wins in 14 seasons with the Lady Marshals.
The state’s all time winningest girls’ soccer coach is Terry Quigley, of Lexington Catholic, who has a career record of 435-194-34.
Addison’s career coaching record is 230-112-25.
