Lyon County’s Kaelyn Conger pitched a pair of games and homered for the Extreme Elite 16U softball team over the weekend in tournament play near Chattanooga.
The Lyon County junior smacked a solo home run in her team’s 12-7 loss to the Atlanta Vipers.
Conger hit .273 in eight games over the weekend with five RBIs. She was the tough-luck loser in a 5-4 loss to Carolina Elite where she struck out five and allowed just three earned runs.
The Extreme Elite team is based out of Collinsville, Illinois.
