After high school, All-District and All-Region pitcher Cameron Head moved on to Southeastern Illinois College where he was a key component of their pitching staff. Head got the three-inning save Monday in the Kentucky Prospects Summer League game and says the games allow him to stay sharp after seeing his spring cut short due to COVID-19.
