Former Caldwell County High School golfer Daniel Taylor shot rounds of 75 and 74 in the Irvin Cobb Championships Saturday and Sunday in Paducah.
Taylor, who also played golf at Murray State University, finished at 7-over-par 149 for the 36-hole event at Paxton Park Golf Course.
That left him in a tie for the ninth-lowest score among the amateurs and junior golfers in the Irvin Cobb field.
