Daviess County hosted 14 other boys’ golf teams at Ben Hawes Park Golf Course on Friday to open the high school season. The Owensboro teams enjoyed a home-course advantage on a day that included two weather stoppages, with the Panthers and Owensboro Catholic finishing 1-2 in the team standings.
