Webster County golfer Grant Puckett continued his solid start to the 2020 golf season Monday. Puckett traveled to Bowling Green to compete in the Greenwood Gator Boys Invitational at the Bowling Green Country Club.
Puckett opened his round shooting a one under par 35 on the front nine. He then finished with a one over par 37 on the back side to finish his day at even par 72. Puckett finished his round with five birdies and five bogeys.
His round of 72 placed Puckett in a four way tie for 7th place.
Marshall County’s Jay Nimmo won the event with a score of 66.
