Caldwell County alum Gabe East has been using the Kentucky Prospects Collegiate Baseball League this summer to add a new pitch to his repertoire.
East got the start for the American team in Monday’s playoff opener but did not figure in the decision as his squad defeated the National team 11-8.
East will head back to Rend Lake College later this month.
