Trigg County took two teams to Murray Tuesday for a quad match at the Murray Country Club and took the top two spots.
Grayson Thomas, playing his first event of the season, led Trigg’s ‘A’ team with a round of 38 to take medalist honors. Thomas was one shot better than Hunter Reynolds and Trey Carr. Ty Butts added a 41 as Trigg’s ‘A’ team totaled 157 points.
Greyson Grissom led Trigg’s ‘B’ team with a 41, followed by Stephen Audas’ 42. They totaled 181 points to finish second out of the six teams competing.
