Madisonville sent three golfers to the Barren County Girls’ Invitational Saturday at Barren River State Resort Park.
Kat Weir led the Lady Maroon golfers with a score of 95 that included a 47 on the front nine. Sydney Browning added a round of 98, and Stella Knight carded a 99.
Madisonville fell one golfer short of qualifying for a team score.
Glasgow’s Abbie Lee won the tournament on her home course with a score of 74. South Warren’s Faith Martin finished second with a 75.
