A member of the Christian County Colonels boys basketball team is among the juniors listed in the top players in the state of Kentucky in the August update from basketball guru Rick Bolus. Bolus released his latest list on kyprephoops.com.
Junior center Olajuwon White was rated by Bolus as one of the top 61 juniors in the state.
During the 2019-2020 season, White averaged 10.0 points and 6.6 rebounds per contest, as he helped lead the Colonels to the 8th District championship. Christian County would be eliminated in a heartbreaker to two time defending region champion Madisonville-North Hopkins in the 2nd Region semifinals.
White is expected to be among the top players in the region for the 2020-2021 season.
