Murray’s Mary Browder Howell out together her career-best round Saturday to win the Ballard Memorial Invitational by three shots.
Howell finished with a 2-under par 70, tallying two birdies on the front nine and two on the back nine.
Howell finished three shots ahead of both Macey Brown of Apollo and Madison Glisson of McCracken County.
Caldwell County’s Claire Knoth was fourth with a 75, and Madisonville’s Kaitlyn Zieba was fifth with a 76.
Rounding out the top ten were Calloway County’s Skylar Waller and Lyon County’s Cathryn Brown, each with a 77, Madisonville’s Kat Weir with a 78, and Graves County’s Ellie West and Murray’s Claire Whitaker with a 79.
