Another day and another win for the Marshall County girls’ golf team Saturday. The Lady Marshals traveled to Lawrenceburg to take part in Anderson County’s “Joy of Golf” Invitational at the Wild Turkey Trace Golf Club.
With four scores coming in at 75 or better, the Lady Marshals finished the day with a score of 291. That score was enough to claim the title for Marshall County.
Individually, Trinity Beth shot the low round for the team, finishing with a 70. Beth, Megan Hertter, Savannah Howell, and Katie Roberts, all finished within five shots of one another.
