The Trigg County boys’ golf team finished runner-up behind McCracken County at the Ballard County Invitational, with senior Trey Carr shooting an 80 to help the effort Saturday at Ballard County Country Club.
After finishing his round, Carr said straightening out his driver led to an improved score on the back nine.
