Jases (or Jaces) were wild Tuesday at Elk Fork Country Club in Elkton.
Todd County Central’s Jase Paul Hampton and Christian County’s Jace Blue both shot a round of 38 over nine holes to tie for the top spot in a dual match between the schools. Both golfers used a chip-in from off the green to aid their score.
Houston George was Christian County’s No. 2 golfer with a 42, followed by Micah Smith (43), Landon Hunt (44), and Brady Hightower (47).
For Todd County Central, Preston Rager and Jacob Brandon both shot a 42. Noah Rager added a 45, Cole Sawyers had a 50, and Ryan Williams a 51.
Both teams had a score of 168 on the afternoon.
