After picking up $15,752 for her 22nd place showing at the Ladies Scottish Open, Emma Talley is now 30th on the LPGA Tour’s official money list for 2020.
In six events this year, Talley has made $79,735.
Over $70,000 of that has come the last two weekends.
Talley now has over $618,000 in career earnings.
Talley and the LPGA Tour are in Troon, Scotland, this week as the AIG Women’s Open will be played on the old course at Royal Troon.
Royal Troon has hosted The Open Championship nine times but this will be the first time it has been used for the Women’s Open.
Tee times have been posted for this week’s event. Talley has a 2:33 first-round tee time Thursday afternoon. With the 6 hour time difference, that is 8:33 Thursday morning Central time.
On Friday, Talley has a 9:53 tee time for the second round in Scotland, or 3:53 early Friday morning Central.
The total purse for this week’s Women’s Open is $4.5 million. That’s about three times the purse for an average LPGA event.
