It was a Reynolds leading the way for the Trigg County boys’ golf team on Monday at Hopkinsville Golf & Country Club, but while Hunter has paced the Wildcats early this season, this time it was his younger brother Haydon leading the charge in a quad-match with Hopkinsville, UHA, and Muhlenberg County.
Haydon’s 38 over nine holes was 3rd behind Muhlenberg’s James Soderling and UHA’s Jiles Wyatt, while helping the Wildcats to a 2nd-place finish behind the Mustangs.
Ty Butts was next for the Wildcats with a 41, followed by Greyson Grissom’s 43. Hunter Reynolds and Trey Carr each shot a 44, while Jay Humpries posted a 49.
