Emma Talley heads into the final round of the AIG Women’s Open on Sunday tied for 57th place after a 3-over-par 74 in Saturday’s third round.
Now at plus-11 overall, Talley will try to work her way up the leaderboard to cash in on her third-straight payday.
Talley had 16 pars on Saturday. Her only missteps were a bogey on No. 11 and a double-bogey on No. 15.
She hit just eight of 14 fairways and was on only 10 of 18 greens in regulation.
However, Talley had four fewer putts than either of the first two rounds, needing 30 putts in the third round. She was also three-for-three in sand saves.
Talley will tee off at 8:50 a.m. Sunday morning in Scotland — 2:50 a.m. Central Daylight Time.
Sophia Popov tops the leaderboard at Royal Troon after firing a 4-under 67 on Saturday. Popov is 4-under overall, three shots ahead of both Minjee Lee and Jasmine Suwannapura.
