Rheagan Lindsey was able to survive a rainy start to her round and claim the All-A Golf Regional Championship Saturday at the Hopkinsville Country Club.
Lindsey shot a 44 on the front nine and finished with a 40 on the back nine for a round of 84 to claim a six-shot win.
Her sister Conlee shot a round of 90 and finished in second place. Both golfers qualify for next month’s All-A State Tournament in Richmond.
Ava Colburn brought home a top-five finish with a round of 106.
The 18-hole event was delayed for about an hour early in the round as a thunderstorm moved through the Hopkinsville area. Play continued in a light rain until the players made the turn onto the back nine.
