Crittenden County senior Kate Keller already owns the 5,000-meter cross country school record. This year, she will look to become the first Lady Rocket to run under 20 minutes.
Keller ranks 29th among returning seniors regardless of class in the state according to a list released by Milesplit.com.
Keller set the school record at the Class 1A State Meet last November when she ran a 20:16 to finish in tenth place. It was one of six top-10 finishes for the region champion, who also picked up wins at Trigg County and Graves County.
The milesplit list compiles the fastest times ran in 2019 regardless of course terrain and weather conditions.
