The Christian County golf team hosted Todd County Central and Fort Campbell in a tri-match at Western Hills Golf Course on Thursday, with the Colonels taking the top spot behind strong performances from Micah Smith and Houston George.
Smith and George tied for medalist honors, each posting a 36, with teammate Landon Hunt finishing 3rd with a 40. Jace Blue was next for the Colonels with a 41, followed by a 51 by Brady Hightower.
The Colonels will be back in action on Saturday when they travel to play in the Marshall County Golf Invitational at Calvert City Country Club.
