Kimberly Hoover missed a top-10 finish by five seconds to lead the Dawson Springs girls’ cross country team at the Trigg County Mike Wright XC Classic on Saturday.
Hoover crossed the line on the mile-and-a-half course in 11:07.33, with Vanessa Tackett the Lady Panthers’ next highest finisher at 14:44.48.
Brianna Tossi finished in 14:59.30, and Ivory Tackett ran a 15:23.71.
