Caldwell County broke a 1-1 tie in the 54th minute when Blake Vivrette knocked home a penalty kick at Hopkins County Central.
The kick came after the Tigers’ Grayden Miller was taken down in the penalty box.
Caldwell went on to win the 7th District contest 2-1.
