Christian County seventh-grader Landon Hunt shot a 43 to lead the Colonel golfers at Boots Randolph Golf Course Thursday.
Trigg County’s Trey Carr took medalist honors with a 1-over 37 on his home course at Lake Barkley State Park.
Jace Blue was Christian County’s second golfer on the day with a 44, followed by Houston George with a 45 and Micah Smith with a 46. Brady Hightower added a 50.
Christian County’s team score of 178 was 18 shots behind Trigg County.
