A solid effort Saturday morning for the Fort Campbell girls cross country team. The Lady Falcons made the trip to Muhlenberg County to take part in the Mustang Stampede hosted by Muhlenberg County.
The Lady Falcons finished the 2500m run with a total of 132 points, putting them in 5th place, one point ahead of Butler County. Henderson County took 1st place with 42 points.
Individually, Emma Cogbill was the Lady Falcons top runner, finishing in a time of 10:57.39. That time placed her in 9th place overall. Kate Keller, of Crittenden County, finished first with a time of 9:45.79.
