
Macy Baker had 15 kills and a block as Christian County picked up a straight set victory at Trigg County in volleyball action on Thursday.
The Lady Colonels won by scores of 25-13, 25-14, 25-11.
Trigg (1-5) ran out to a 5-1 lead early in the first set before the Lady Colonels (4-3) came back to regain the lead and pull away.
In each of the final two sets, Christian opened up leads early on the way to finishing off the win.
Hailey Sparks had three kills and nine assists for the Lady Colonels while Aniya McCarley also had three kills.
Paris Buckner recorded two kills. Chantelle Haby had six assists.
