Lyon County’s golf team picked up its first win on the golf course this week with a 12 shot win over Livingston Central at Deer Lakes Golf Course.
Kade Blackburn led the Lyons with a 53. Brady Darnall followed with a 56, Grant Wiggins had a 58, and Braxton Tubbs shot a 62. Jeff Doom is the coach of the Lyon boys’ team.
The golfers are fielding a full team for the first time in several years and have already knocked 8-10 shots off each golfer’s score since the start of practice.
