The Hopkins County Central girls cross country team logged a Top 5 finish over the weekend during the Marshall County Invitational. The Lady Storm finished with a team score of 144 for the meet.
Graves County won the girls’ meet with a score of 39. Host Marshall County finished in second place.
Siena Welch was the top finisher for the Lady Storm, finishing in 33rd place.
The Hopkins Central boys cross country team finished in 6th place in the boys meet. Marshall County took 1st place, while Trigg County finished in 2nd place.
The Storm’s top finisher was Kaleb Gamble, who logged a 15th place finish in the event.
