The Lyon County boys’ soccer team fell victim to Graves County’s second-straight victory on Tuesday night, a 3-1 setback to the visiting Eagles.
Eddie Romero’s two goals led the Eagles to only their second victory of the season, with Ryan Hayden also finding the back of the net. Kaden Slack and Chevy Adams both had assists.
Levi Willis scored his second goal of the season for the Lyons, while Cole Schroeder was busy between the posts with 22 saves. Juan Garcia had 8 saves and Darrin Morris had 1 to combine on the win in goal for the Eagles.
Lyon County closes the regular season with a visit from Todd County Central on Thursday. The Lyons lost a previous meeting with the Rebels 2-1 in Elkton.
