Most coaches would enjoy a month without a loss. However, Christian County has been off three weeks after COVID-19 caused a delay in their season after winning its opener. Coach Steve Lovelace says they have been getting work in with the players not involved in the quarantine with the full team back this week.
The Colonels open district play Friday night at Greenwood in its first game back on the gridiron.
