After being shut out in both regular-season meetings with Lyon County, the Trigg County girls’ soccer team heads into Thursday’s 5th-District title matchup with the Lady Lyons on the heels of a 5-goal performance in Tuesday’s semifinal win over hosts Crittenden County. The Lady Wildcats took advantage of the Lady Rockets’ high defensive line, with DeDe Barbee speeding through for a pair of goals.
Afterward, Barbee talked about the plan of attack against the Lady Rockets and looked forward to Thursday’s meeting with Lyon County.
