Fort Campbell took ninth place Saturday at the Wildcat Wildnerness Invitational hosted by Franklin-Simpson High School.
The Falcons were led by Grant Shrader’s 24th place finish. He ran the 3.1-mile course in a time of 18:53, just missing a personal best by nine seconds.
Landen Rhodd finished 49th in 20:00, while teammate Amari Waddy was one second behind in 50th place.
Aiden Fix was 64th in 20:41, while Brock Sharp was 83rd, Scott Bricker was 118th, and Ian Surrency was 127th.
Fort Campbell’s team total was 242, which was 26 points behind eighth-place Allen County-Scottsville and seven points ahead of 10th place Ohio County.
