Jay Nimmo followed up his state golf title by winning the PGA Kentucky Junior Tour Lou Perry Championship over the weekend at the University Club of Kentucky.
The Marshall County senior finished at even-par over the two rounds, which included an eagle-2 in the first round. Nimmo beat Allan Lockwood of Elizabethtown by two shots in the championship division.
Nimmo’s teammate, Camdyn McLeod, finished tied for eighth place 13 shots back. Trey Wall tied for 18th at 19-over par.
