Caldwell County extended its district championship string to 14 straight on Thursday by beating Madisonville-North Hopkins 3-0 in the 7th District finals.
The Lady Tigers, now 16-5, will host Henderson County Monday at 6 p.m. in a first round contest in the 2nd Region tournament,
Following Thursday’s district championship, Caldwell head coach Daniel Cortner said the Lady Tigers had a good game plan and executed it against Madisonville.
