For the second-consecutive year, UHA 8th-grader Tobias Duncan finished runner-up to his brother, Tomas, at the 1A region cross country meet. Tobias’ run helped the Blazers to 2nd-place behind Dawson Springs, 28 points ahead of 3rd-place Fort Campbell.
Afterward, Tobias talked about his performance and looked forward to the upcoming 1A state run.
