University Heights Academy senior Tomas Duncan crossed the finish line in 16.44 on Saturday at Calloway County, earning his fourth-straight 1A region cross country title.
Afterward, Duncan talked about completing the career sweep and said he’s ready to battle to the finish line at the upcoming state meet.
