Madisonville’s Joy Alexander followed up a top-20 state meet finish as a freshman with a top-10 finish Saturday at the Class 3A State Meet in Paris.
The Lady Maroon sophomore finished in 10th place in a loaded field, covering the 3.1-mile course in 19:56. Madison Central’s Ciara O’Shea won the race in a time of 18:15.
