
Two Madisonville-North Hopkins soccer players have been named Second Team All-State by the Kentucky High School Soccer Coaches Association.
Senior Kael Knight and junior Nojah Jimenez were named to the team based on voting by the coaches who are a member of the association.
Knight was second among region players with 24 goals, while Jimenez was among the region leaders with 10 goals.
Knight tied with UHA’s William Bryan for the most assists in the region with 13. Jimenez was fourth with 10 assists for the Maroons, who won a district title and advanced to the region tournament semifinals.
