Results from events are used to determine Bluegrass Golf All-Stars and Honorable Mentions.
Reynolds was one of four male golfers from the 1st Region to be recognized as an All-Star. Hunter carded a 7th place finish at this year’s 1st Region golf tournament, which qualified him to play at the state tournament. At state, Reynolds made the cut for the second day play, and ended up finishing in a tie for 40th place at the event.
The ranking system used in the selections combines points earned in the best five (5) high school regular season events, Regional Tournament, and State Tournament. Bonus points are awarded for all players with a score of -3 or better as well as players with scores between -2 and +1.
Each of the All-Stars will receive a membership with the Bluegrass Golf Tour and an invitation to compete in the Cullan Brown Invitational which helps support the Cullan Brown Memorial West Kentucky Junior Golf Development Fund.
