Zach Yates leads Logan County in tackles and tackles for loss in 2020. He knows the Cougar defense will need another stout effort Friday when they host Hopkinsville in the second round of the Class 4A playoffs in Russellville.
Logan County held Hoptown to just over 100 yards when they beat the Tigers 31-7 on Oct. 16. Yates and the Cougars will be looking to get their first-ever win over Hoptown in the postseason Friday.
