With Thursday’s decision from the Kentucky High School Athletic Association to allow winter sport practices to begin Monday, with competition, especially in basketball, allowed to start January 4, many programs across the area are preparing to get things up and rolling next week. It appears most programs in the 2nd Region are also moving in that direction.
Most, not necessarily all.
