Madisonville-North Hopkins placed five players on the Class 4A All-Western Kentucky Conference Football team for the 2020 season.
Sophomore Lajuan McAdoo led the Maroons with 618 rushing yards and seven touchdowns and was the team’s leading receiver with 12 catches for 140 yards.
Sophomore Destin Cheirs was Madisonville’s second-leading receiver with six catches for 115 yards and a touchdown.
Junior Chris Price was one of Madisonville’s leaders on defense at linebacker with 21 tackles and a sack in six games. He also had a fumble recovery. One offense at running back, Price had three touchdowns.
Senior lineman Dru Flener and junior Chris Hill were honored for their work in the trenches on both sides of the football.
On offense, the Maroons averaged 195 rushing yards a game and only allowed 120 on defense.
