Crittenden County linebacker Tyler Boone has been named Third Team All-State by the Louisville Courier-Journal. The vote was conducted by coaches statewide.
Boone set the school record for career tackles in the Rockets’ 42-13 win over Russellville in the first round of the playoffs. He finished his Crittenden career with 386 stops.
Boone, who has committed to play in college at Murray State, led the Crittenden defense this season with 117 tackles, helping the Rockets win their fourth-straight district championship and reach the third round of the Class A playoffs.
