Webster County golfer Grant Puckett wrapped up his 2020 calendar year and kickstarted 2021 by winning the Hurricane Junior Golf stop at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Puckett, the Region 2 champion who has committed to Brescia, won by two shots over Parkland, Florida’s Devan Chahal.
Puckett’s round of 1-over on Sunday cemented the win with the help of four birdies in the round. The Trojan senior shot a 4-over 76 in the first round.
